Low Fodmap Golden Energy Bites

Ingredients:
1 cup walnuts
1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup unsweetened sunflower butter
2 tsp Golden Root (or any brand) turmeric latte mix
1 scoop Further Food (or any brand) collagen
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Roll into balls & store in fridge or freezer. I drizzled mine with a little extra sunflower butter, yum! You can add in some dried ginger if you’d like!
