I love overnight oats! They’re great for a quick and on-the-go breakfast. Prepping them the night before makes breakfast that much easier. VANILLA CINNAMON PROTEIN OVERNIGHT OATS 🥣
I didn’t measure exactly, but giving you my best guess!
1 ripe banana
1/2 to 2/3 dairy free milk
2/3 to 1 cup oats
1 tbsp of flaxseed
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1 scoop Nuzest vanilla protein (CALYN for 25% off)
Blend the banana and milk together. Add the oats, flax seed, cinnamon and protein powder. Mix it all up and transfer it to the fridge overnight. I layered it with more banana slices and some peanut butter to look faaanccyy (IG, you know) but not required!
