What are you putting off right now that you have b What are you putting off right now that you have been wanting to accomplish? On Friday, I passed my @nasm_fitness personal trainer exam and it feels so good to finally share that with you! ⁣

It’s now March 1st and that’s almost a year out of this pandemic. Do you remember the beginning of all of this and the pressure to be *PRODUCTIVE* or do something *GREAT* with your time at home? Well, that wasn’t the reality for many of us.⁣
⁣
I had so many reasons in my head why I shouldn’t sit down and take my exam. Most of it was self doubt and worrying what people would say and think. Thoughts like, ‘I don’t look like a typical trainer’ or ‘I don’t have the same background in teaching’ as others, etc. ⁣
⁣
You gotta just flush all of those thoughts out of your head. I don’t care how long it takes you. If you want to do something, get it done. Get rid of the distractions. Turn the phone on airplane mode and get to work. ⁣

It’s March 1st. What are you working towards that will finally take priority this month?
